Tour Details
Day 1 – Arrival in Jordan
Departure from your country and arrival in Amman to check in at your centrally located hotel and welcome dinner in Amman. Night in Amman
Day 2 – Jerash and Dead Sea
In the morning you will move to Jerash, well known as the Pompei of the Middle East, to visit its ancient archaeological site; then you will visit mount Nebo and Moses’ Tomb where you will be able to admire the stunning view over the Dead Sea. Afterwards you will approach the coast of Dead Sea to swim in its water which is ten times saltier than the oceans. Dinner will be in your sea front resort. Night at Dead Sea
Day 3 – Petra by Night
After driving along the breath-taking panoramic route, you will have the exciting experience of canyoning in the Wadi Mujib; alternatively, you can do an easy trek along the canyon of Wadi Numeira (depending on season). Along the way to Petra, you will stop, time permitting, at the well-maintained Karak Castle and “Little Petra” the small Nabataean site just before Petra Village. Late evening you will experience the amazing candlelight Petra Treasure celebration. Night in Petra Village
Day 4 – Wadi Musa: Petra
In the morning you will go through the Wadi Musa canyon to visit the treasures of ancient Nabataean city of Petra, the seventh Wonder of the World, and during the guided tour you will hike the 7km path that lead us to the ancient Monastery, among ancient tombs, rock houses and theatres. Day 5 – Wadi Rum Desert Safari
In the early morning you will move towards the Wadi Rum Desert, World Heritage site of UNESCO, for a full day desert safari throughout the Martian landscape where you will experience an amazing desert sunset with a very special “red” background with camels, shaped rocks and red sand. After sunset you can relax in our resort, before a very tasting typical Jordan dinner under the sky of the desert, where you will spend the night not before to watch stars in dark of the desert. Day 6 – Aqaba
After the desert you will relax along the Red Sea coast of Aqaba. You can visit the fortress, the old bazar, and snorkel the pristine water of Red Sea or to cruise above the submarine park. Night in Aqaba
Day 7 – Transfer to Amman
Today you will transfer to Amman the cosmopolitan capital and largest city of Jordan. You will enjoy the vibrant nightlife of the Rainbow Street district, its lovely combination of ancient and modern, the best places to taste savoury Falafel and local shops in the old souk. Night in Amman
Day 8 – Amman
Today you will discover the historical gems of Amman walking through the footsteps of several civilizations among ancient ruins, temples and Byzantine church. You will visit the iconic site “The Citadel”, on the highest hill of Amman, surrounded by a 1700 meter-long wall, and also the Temple of Hercules, the Ancient Theatre and the King Abdullah Mosque the only. Day 9 – Back Home Flight
In the morning, you will transfer to Amman Airport to catch your flight back home.
