Our Story
How We Started
One Life Journeys finds its roots in some questions that we have been asking ourselves since we were children: “How would our first journey be if it was also the only one in our life? Where would we go? And how would we want to feel along the way?” Surely this is an open ended question and the answer is inside each of us.
From this innermost quest comes our idea of guiding travelers to fulfill a lifetime experience tailored around their dreams and wishes by walking them through an authentic path that becomes their one life(time) journey.
Our mission is to create unique, highly customized, theme-based tours and experiences in order to satisfy your desires and needs and ensure unforgettable memories. We personally design all our tours after scouting places and itineraries by taking advantage of our personal local knowledge and expertise.
One Life Journeys is designed from the long-time experience of the two Italian founders, Raimondo and Benedetta. Our passion for the world of travel and our continuous curiosity about discovering new places and experiences in Italy and around the world will make your dream trip come true.

Meet Our Travel Experts
Betta
I was born and raised in Biella, a town in the Italian Alps. Thanks to my parents, I started traveling and exploring the world at a very young age and still have that “wanderlust” in me.
I grew up exposed to foreign languages and am fluent in English, French, and German. I graduated in Foreign Languages and Tourism Management in Milan then I moved to the United States for ten years where I took another degree in Travel and Hospitality Management and Administration.
I come from 18-year experience in the tourism field. I love to design tailored tours and show people the authentic essence of a place through unique experiences and the connection with local people, their food, and traditions. Beyond wandering, in my free time I really enjoy cooking, learning, hiking, skiing, and swimming…and I’m addicted to CrossFit!
Ray
I’m a native of the Sorrento coast in southern Italy, the most beautiful place ever! Throughout the last two decades, I have lived all over my country to study and work in the financial industry. Nevertheless, I have never overlooked my passion for travel and adventures, visiting more than 50 countries in the world.
In addition to my studies in Economics and an Executive MBA master’s degree, I’m very proud to have fulfilled my childhood dream of flying since I got my much-desired aircraft piloting license. Now, thanks to Betta’s passion and excitement, I’m realizing my second dream to work in the field of travel and experience design. One of my favorite hobbies is cooking Italian cakes. I also practice a lot of sports, I really love tennis and in my free time, I work as a swimming teacher.
