Tour Details
Day 1 – Arrival in Verona, Italy
Upon your arrival at Verona Airport, you will be transferred to your centrally located hotel in Verona. You will have some time to rest before your welcome dinner. Night in Verona
Day 2 – 1000 Miglia Starting Race and Wine Tasting in Franciacorta
Today you will be transferred to the city center of Brescia to attend the start of the historical 1000 Miglia race. In the afternoon, you will make a stop in Franciacorta, rightly considered by many Italy’s best sparkling wine region. You will enjoy a visit at an historical winery and taste some of the best sparkling wines of the area. Afterwards, you will proceed to Parma. Night in Parma
Day 3 – Fast driving Master Class and Parma Ham Tasting
Today you will enjoy a full day Fast Driving Course* (upon request, not mandatory) on a private speedway, provided by Alfa Romeo Driving School. Then you will visit a local Parma ham producer where you will learn all about this premium and artisan product. You will also have the chance to have a tasting of the freshly cut Prosciutto di Parma that will literally melts in your mouth. Afterwards, you will be transferred to Bologna where you will spend the next two nights. Night in Bologna
*People who will not take part to the master class will spend free time in Parma or can watch at the driving course as spectators.
Day 4 – Ducati Motorcycle and Imola F1 Circuit
This morning, you will visit Ducati Motorcycle exhibition outside Bologna. You will then enjoy lunch in Imola at a local farmhouse. In the afternoon, you will visit Imola F1 Circuit. Time permitting, you can have a guided tour of Bologna with a local guide in the late afternoon. Night in Bologna
Day 5 – Scuderia Ferrari at Maranello Headquarter, Balsamic Vinegar Tasting, and Horacio Pagani Factory
This morning, you will move to Maranello, the historical headquarter of Scuderia Ferrari; you will visit the Ferrari Museum, the factory and enjoy a private tour of the speedway of Fiorano. Afterwards, you will be transferred to an historical local “acetaia” in the Modena countryside to experience a balsamic vinegar tasting followed by lunch. Balsamic vinegar (aceto balsamico) is a prestigious condiment, produced in limited quantity as it can only be made in the geographical areas of Modena and Reggio Emilia and must age a minimum of 12 years before being bottled. That is why it is known as “oro nero”, black gold. In the afternoon, you may visit Pagani Automobiles factory founded by Horacio Pagani or enjoy the city of Modena. Night in Modena
Day 6 – Maserati, Lamborghini, and Gourmet Dinner
Today you will visit the most important private collection of Maserati cars in Modena. In the afternoon you will make a stop at Lamborghini Museum in Sant’Agata Bolognese, the historical headquarter of the famous brand. Tonight you will enjoy dinner at a local gourmet restaurant near Modena. Night in Modena
Day 7 – Monza Motor Show
This morning you will be transferred to Monza International F1 Circuit to visit the Monza Motor Show. After some time on own, tonight you will enjoy a special dinner at a local charming restaurant. Night in Monza
Day 8 – Alfa Romeo Museum and Departure from Milano Malpensa
Today you will be transferred to Malpensa airport to catch your flight back home. Time permitting, en route you can visit the Museum of Alfa Romeo in the historical headquarters in Arese.
